The ever popular, family-owned country bakery has served the West Gippsland community with a large variety of quality baked goods since 1981, when it was first opened by Dutch baker Jan Aperloo.
The bakery has been owned and operated for the last 20 years by James Johnstone, a baker with more than 30 years’ experience in the industry and his wife Dianne, a local girl raised in Drouin.
Together they provide their valued customers with an extensive range of breads, sweet buns, muffins, scones, small cakes, celebration cakes, savouries and a variety of their renowned, sensational pies. They also serve tea, perfectly brewed coffee and cold drinks.
Everything is freshly baked using traditional and modern methods and served by super-friendly staff to provide the best customer experience.
